- • As a Product Owner for Bullhorn’s Automation product line, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact automation solutions that enhance workflow efficiency, engagement orchestration, and productivity for staffing firms worldwide. This role is central to translating strategic vision into tangible product outcomes, directly influencing customer success and operational excellence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery sessions with enterprise customers to validate automation workflows, translating strategic product direction into detailed epics and user stories, facilitating backlog refinement and sprint planning, collaborating with AI and engineering teams to clarify model behavior and edge cases, managing cross-product integration dependencies, defining release scope, communicating enablement plans, triaging customer escalations, and ensuring the team maintains a deep understanding of customer impact and business value.
