  • • Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI-powered platform and customer experiences, from roadmap definition to global rollout, focusing on automating car ownership services using LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.
  • • Partner directly with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy in production AI systems handling >70% of inbound sales and service requests.
  • • Serve as the primary technical translator between engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, establishing and evangelizing AI best practices and platform standards across the organization.
  • • Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
  • • Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate, test, and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation capabilities into the Jerry.ai platform.
  • • Own the strategic evolution of Jerry.ai’s AI customer experience, moving beyond optimization of isolated flows to redefine how an entire $2T industry interacts with AI-driven automation.
  • • Define and refine the technical architecture of agentic AI systems that integrate human-in-the-loop feedback, ensuring scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance in a production environment.
  • • Translate complex AI concepts into clear requirements and roadmaps for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across product, design, legal, and customer support teams.
  • • Maintain deep awareness of emerging LLM capabilities, reading release notes immediately after publication and evaluating their applicability to Jerry.ai’s product roadmap.
  • • Build and iterate on data pipelines and metrics frameworks to measure automation success, customer outcomes, and system performance using SQL and internal analytics tools.
  • • Navigate technical tradeoffs between model performance, cost efficiency, and user experience while leading by example in implementing AI platform standards.
  • • Contribute to the design of scalable, production-grade AI systems that handle real-time customer interactions at scale for over 5 million users.
  • • Work within a regulated environment where AI decisions impact financial, legal, and safety-critical car ownership services such as insurance, financing, and maintenance.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes and increase automation rates across the customer journey.
  • • Act as the central point of ownership for AI-driven customer experience initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with the ChatGPT App and other third-party platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
  • • Proven experience with modern LLM systems and working in regulated production environments
  • • Demonstrated ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead implementation of AI platform standards
  • • Track record of turning complex, strategic AI ideas into scalable, production-grade products
  • • Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
  • • Intrinsically motivated technologist who actively explores new AI model releases and builds custom AI workflows
