📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap definition to global rollout, focusing on automating car ownership services using LLMs and agent-based systems.
• Design and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI systems, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy while ensuring reliable production performance.
• Serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and platform standards.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with OpenAI partners to evaluate, test, and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation capabilities integrated into the ChatGPT App.
• Own the strategic evolution of Jerry.ai’s AI-powered customer experience, moving beyond fragmented processes to create a seamless, automated platform that handles over 70% of inbound sales and service requests.
• Define and implement AI platform standards that enable scalability, consistency, and compliance in a regulated production environment.
• Translate high-impact, complex product ideas into scalable, production-grade systems that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Work with engineering to architect system components that integrate internal APIs, computer-use agents, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops to enhance automation without sacrificing user trust.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics related to automation efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational cost to continuously refine AI performance and user outcomes.
• Act as the primary product owner for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business objectives, and customer experience goals.
• Maintain deep familiarity with emerging LLM capabilities, reading release notes and prototyping new models to assess their applicability to Jerry.ai’s platform.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, leading initiatives that reduce manual effort and increase automation coverage across car ownership services.
• Communicate AI system capabilities and limitations to non-technical teams, enabling informed decision-making across product, operations, and customer support functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management or management consulting at a fast-paced startup
• Proven experience working with modern LLM systems in a regulated production environment
• Demonstrated ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead implementation of AI platform standards
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to validate hypotheses and answer product questions
• Deep, intrinsic interest in AI—actively building custom workflows and staying current with new model releases
