📋 Description

• • Product Owner / Data Analyst role supporting Carrier’s Applied (Commercial HVAC Equipment) business, combining product ownership, business analysis, and hands‑on analytics to deliver actionable insights, scalable KPIs, and trusted dashboards that enable data‑driven decisions across Applied Sales, Strategy, and Operations.
• • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include serving as the primary analytics point of contact for the Applied Equipment business, owning intake, prioritization, and backlog management for analytics requests; product‑managing existing and new analytics assets; translating business questions into clear analytics requirements and user stories; supporting Applied Sales, Strategy, and Operations with analysis such as go‑to‑market insights, performance tracking, channel analytics, and KPI reporting; performing rapid, high‑impact analysis using existing data models and tools; developing, enhancing, and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; storytelling insights through executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and written narratives; acting as the business subject matter expert for Applied KPIs, definitions, and metric interpretation; partnering with Analytics Governance and Digital teams to ensure KPI consistency and alignment with enterprise standards; distinguishing between net‑new analytics investments and enhancements to existing solutions; and providing post‑deployment dashboard support for data interpretation, question resolution, and usage guidance.
