📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of EFY’s digital wallet ecosystem, serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and corporate clients who need to store, move, and operate digital assets across multiple currencies and jurisdictions without friction.
• • Translate market needs and regulatory requirements into a living product roadmap that balances rapid feature delivery, bullet-proof security, and strict compliance (KYC, KYB, AML, Travel Rule, MiCA) across LATAM, Europe, and beyond.
• • Integrate on/off-ramp APIs and establish deep partnerships with global liquidity providers (Fireblocks, Circle, Binance Connect, Mercuryo) to guarantee deep order books, tight spreads, and 24/7 settlement for fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-crypto flows.
• • Launch and continuously optimize FX, OTC, and iRFQ trading flows that allow clients to execute large-volume trades with minimal slippage, transparent pricing, and real-time post-trade reporting.
• • Design and ship localized wallet experiences for key LATAM markets—starting with Mexico, Argentina, and Uruguay—covering language, UX patterns, local payment rails, tax reporting, and customer support workflows.
• • Partner daily with Trading, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering teams to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and ensure every release meets performance, security, and regulatory benchmarks.
• • Establish a metrics-driven culture by defining, tracking, and improving KPIs such as Gross Trading Volume (GTV), margin per trade, fee capture, wallet activation rates, and client retention; surface insights through BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel dashboards.
• • Champion a compliance-first mindset: embed Travel Rule messaging, implement dynamic risk scoring, and maintain real-time fraud prevention rules without compromising user experience.
• • Drive custodial and non-custodial architecture decisions—multi-sig, hot/cold storage, HSM/KMS key management—to safeguard client assets while enabling instant liquidity and programmable treasury functions.
• • Lead quarterly OKR cycles, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in an agile environment; communicate progress to C-level stakeholders and external partners with clarity and confidence.
• • Stay ahead of regulatory shifts, competitive moves, and technological breakthroughs; convert insights into actionable product bets that expand EFY’s international footprint and reinforce its premium brand.
• • Mentor junior product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and continuous learning across the broader product organization.
