📋 Description

• Senior AI Vertical Mini-Series Director responsible for owning end-to-end production of short-form vertical drama series (9:16 format), creating 10–15 episode series (~1 minute per episode) with trailers, blending storytelling with AI-assisted content creation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include writing scripts, directing, editing, and finishing episodes independently while collaborating with AI copilots for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation; working closely with AI Content Creators, tech team, and executives to iterate and scale production.
• EverAI is a fast-growing AI companionship platform with 50 million users, backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling web products to IPO; the company is building ethical AI products governed by its proprietary moderation system, EverGuard, and operates as a fully remote, elite team of A-players from Tier 1 tech companies.
• In this role, you will master AI-driven content creation tools, refine your storytelling craft in vertical narrative formats, and contribute to category-defining AI entertainment at scale — gaining ownership, impact, and expertise in the emerging field of AI-generated storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directing or showrunning short-form narrative video content
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks, cliffhangers, and minute-to-minute narrative escalation in short-form formats
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, or Seedance
