- • As a Product Owner for Elements at FundraiseUp Inc., you will take full end-to-end ownership of our signature suite of AI-powered UI components that redefine the giving experience by powering brand-native, high-converting donation experiences across the platform.
- • You will define the vision and roadmap for Elements aligned with company OKRs, lead discovery and manage the full lifecycle of core product features from spec to release, partner with the Growth team to translate experiment concepts into actionable technical specifications, act as the product expert for GTM and CSM teams to resolve deal-breakers and convert client feedback into scalable improvements, and collaborate with engineering to ensure high product performance and scalability.

- • In this role, you will develop strategic product leadership skills, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS product lifecycle management, enhance your ability to bridge business and technical teams, and drive measurable impact on conversion and user experience through data-informed decision-making and high-velocity execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a B2B SaaS or Enterprise environment
- • Proven track record of balancing strategic ownership (vision, roadmap, discovery) with execution-driven delivery that transforms high-level goals into shipped products
- • Strong experience writing detailed product specifications and managing complex delivery pipelines
- • Fluency in English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to translate abstract business concepts and experiment hypotheses into clear, actionable requirements for engineering
