Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Product Owner specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will lead the delivery of secure authentication and access management capabilities across enterprise and digital platforms, directly contributing to the organization’s Zero Trust security posture and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • • You will translate IAM strategy into actionable backlog items, manage delivery priorities, and ensure successful implementation of modern identity platforms, working closely with security architects, engineering teams, and risk stakeholders to reduce authentication friction while strengthening security.
  • • Day to day, you will own and manage the IAM product backlog including epics, features, and user stories, translating security requirements and architecture designs into implementation-ready stories for engineering teams.
  • • You will lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning, ensuring alignment between security objectives and engineering execution.
  • • You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable IAM implementations, focusing on authentication controls like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive/Risk-Based Authentication, Passwordless authentication (biometrics, passkeys, FIDO2), and Device-based authentication.
  • • You will lead the delivery of Access Management capabilities including Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC).
  • • You will drive Session Security initiatives including secure session management, secure browsing capabilities, continuous authentication, and device trust management.
  • • You will support the implementation and integration of enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Auth0, and CyberArk (Privileged Access Management), including platform configuration, capability rollout, application onboarding to SSO, MFA policy implementation, and identity federation with internal and third-party systems.
  • • You will collaborate with security teams to implement risk-aware authentication models using behavioral authentication signals, device fingerprinting, location and network-based risk signals, and transaction-level authentication, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles.
  • • You will coordinate IAM integrations across web and mobile applications, API gateways, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow, internal systems), ensuring seamless and secure access experiences.
  • • You will work closely with cybersecurity teams, security architecture, digital engineering teams, risk & compliance teams, and application owners to ensure IAM solutions align with security policies and digital platform needs.
  • • You will leverage strong knowledge of authentication and identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Passkeys) and IAM capabilities (MFA, passwordless, adaptive authentication, SSO, identity federation, RBAC/ABAC) to guide technical decisions.
  • • You will apply expertise in security architecture concepts including Zero Trust, secure identity lifecycle, and identity governance to shape product direction.
  • • You will drive success through measurable outcomes such as successful rollout of MFA and passwordless authentication, number of applications onboarded to SSO and federation, reduction in authentication friction, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IAM strategy and execution, gain hands-on experience with leading identity platforms, and position yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of security, product, and engineering.
  • • You will have the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide security posture by shaping how identities are verified, accessed, and managed across complex digital ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments, with a strong ability to own and manage product backlogs, translate security requirements into engineering tasks, and lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
  • • Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Adaptive/Risk-Based Authentication, Passwordless authentication (biometrics, passkeys, FIDO2), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC).
  • • Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or Auth0, including platform configuration, application onboarding to SSO, MFA policy implementation, and identity federation.
  • • Strong understanding of security architecture principles including Zero Trust, secure identity lifecycle, identity governance, and how IAM controls align with enterprise security frameworks.
  • • Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cybersecurity teams, security architects, engineering teams, risk & compliance teams, and application owners.
  • • Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Capital Markets, Banking, or FinTech is preferred.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to work on high-impact security initiatives that directly strengthen the organization’s Zero Trust posture and protect critical digital assets.
  • • Exposure to cutting-edge IAM technologies including passwordless authentication, adaptive authentication, and modern identity platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • • Collaborative, cross-functional environment working closely with security architects, engineers, and risk stakeholders to drive secure digital transformation.
  • • Clear path for professional growth in enterprise IAM strategy, product leadership, and security architecture within a technology-forward organization.
