- • Lead the development and execution of Attio’s commercial strategy for technology and ISV partners, aligning with EPD on technical integration readiness and go-to-market launches.
- • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with category-defining tools that Attio’s customers already use, owning end-to-end relationship management and integration alignment.
- • Drive outbound partnership development by conducting research, initiating outreach, qualifying potential partners, and shaping early-stage deals with priority ISVs and ecosystem players.
- • Evaluate and manage inbound partnership interest using a structured qualification framework to prioritize which partners to activate and scale.
- • Ensure ongoing enablement, deal support, and performance tracking for active strategic partners to grow commercial outcomes and deepen integrations.
- • Assess and prioritize lightweight, scalable partnership models such as reseller agreements or lead-sharing arrangements that align with Attio’s startup scale and growth trajectory.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to co-develop joint offerings, align messaging, and launch integrated solutions in-market.
- • Shape the vision for Attio’s AI CRM ecosystem by defining how integrations with third-party tools enhance customer value and market differentiation.
- • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial contact through commercial activation and performance optimization.
- • Translate partner needs into product requirements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure integration quality and customer experience.
- • Build and maintain clear documentation of partnership frameworks, success metrics, and enablement materials for internal teams.
- • Represent Attio in partner meetings, industry events, and ecosystem forums to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term collaboration.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the go-to-market landscape for AI-powered CRMs and emerging integration trends across sales, marketing, and customer success tech stacks.
- • Balance speed and precision in a high-growth startup environment, making data-informed decisions while operating with ambiguity and limited resources.
- • Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum customer value and revenue impact, aligning partnership strategy with company-wide growth objectives.
- • Champion a customer-centric approach in all partnership decisions, ensuring integrations solve real user problems and enhance overall product utility.
- • Monitor competitive ecosystem developments and proactively adjust partnership strategy to maintain Attio’s market leadership in AI-driven CRM.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in partnerships, product, or product marketing roles
- • Experience working with ISVs, integrations, or API-driven products
- • Product intuition and commercial instincts (qualification, negotiation, prioritization)
- • Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-growth environments
- • Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to GSD
