📋 Description

• As a Product Partnerships Manager at Deel, you will identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers across HRIS, payroll, fintech, accounting, compliance, and related ecosystems to enhance the platform’s value and drive measurable business outcomes.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to design and execute integrations, create compelling pitches and visual assets (including Figma mockups and diagrams), and serve as a technical liaison translating business needs into API/SDK alignment.
• Deel is a fast-growing, fully remote global HR and payroll platform serving teams in 150+ countries, backed by a $17.3B valuation and over $1B in ARR, with a mission to unlock global opportunity through compliant, scalable workforce solutions.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in global tech partnerships, drive partner-led revenue and adoption, build technical and partnership documentation, and grow as a strategic leader in the future of work by enabling seamless integrations that impact millions of workers worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product partnerships or a technical sales role
• Strong technical literacy with comfort navigating API documentation and integration workflows
• Ability to create visual narratives using diagrams, Figma mockups, and pitches to communicate partnership value
• Proven success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Experience in HR tech, payroll, or fintech ecosystems (preferred)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong research skills
