📋 Description

• • The Product Relations Manager, Product Data Integrity partners with Product Development teams to ensure design and configuration decisions support strong back-end service performance and a positive customer experience, driving excellence in product configuration, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves partnering with the Executive Director to develop and implement a streamlined product configuration framework across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution; establishing and maintaining cross-functional processes between Supply Chain and Product Development; serving as a subject matter expert on product configuration and supply chain operations; maintaining and standardizing product data across systems like Salesforce and NetSuite; developing and overseeing item master data governance; managing item and BOM setup across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain; collaborating on physical product configurations; supporting pricing and cost analysis; understanding and supporting the end-to-end process from Closed Won opportunity through delivery; coordinating end-of-life planning for SKUs; supporting strategic Customer Success accounts; identifying and driving operational efficiency opportunities; partnering cross-functionally to communicate fulfillment timelines and cost implications; ensuring timely availability of finished product files; maintaining adherence to product setup standards; and fostering an inclusive, engaged team environment.
