📋 Description

• • As a Product Scientist on the Baseball Intelligence team, you will own the full client lifecycle for MLB and NCAA partner teams, ensuring they derive consistent value from the platform through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
• • Day to day, you will build and maintain a unified client health dashboard for platform observability, validate model outputs against baseball intuition, drive NCAA trial conversions, and translate technical updates into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • You will work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to design validation plans, contribute to MLB sales efforts with customized materials, and feed partner insights back into the product roadmap to shape future capabilities.
• • The Baseball Intelligence team powers player personnel and coaching decisions for MLB, NCAA, and international clubs, and this role sits at the intersection of product, data, and client success — offering direct influence over product evolution and real impact on partner outcomes in a fast-growing, mission-driven sports tech environment.
