Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Product Specialist at Pearl Health, you will serve as the primary expert for inbound product support requests, owning resolution end-to-end while bridging the gap between client experience and product documentation. This high-leverage role directly impacts both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational capability by transforming support insights into scalable systems and knowledge assets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the first line of response for inbound product support tickets from Customer Success, independently investigating and resolving the majority of requests through deep product knowledge, and partnering with Product Managers, Engineering, Data Operations, and Data Analytics teams when deeper technical investigation is required. You will become the go-to resource for understanding how the product functions in real-world use, ensuring accurate triage and clear documentation to accelerate cross-functional workflows.
- • You will analyze patterns across support tickets to identify recurring themes, product gaps, and upstream improvement opportunities, synthesizing learnings into actionable outputs for stakeholders. This includes designing self-service tooling using AI-powered systems to reduce ticket volume, developing and maintaining internal documentation, playbooks, and knowledge bases, and owning action items that strengthen organizational memory and scalability.
- • Pearl Health is a mission-driven healthcare technology company founded in 2020, dedicated to empowering primary care providers and health systems to succeed in value-based care. Backed by premier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Viking Global, we partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to deliver technology, financial tools, and expert services that improve Medicare patient outcomes and lower costs.
- • In this role, you will build deep expertise on a sophisticated value-based care product while developing strategic partnerships across R&D and Customer Success. You will cultivate a builder’s mindset by turning support insights into scalable solutions, enhancing your ability to drive systemic impact, and positioning yourself as a key contributor to organizational learning and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in a product, technical support, operations, or customer-facing role at a technology company
- • Strong analytical instincts — ability to dig into ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
- • A builder's mindset: you don't just solve today's problem, you ask why it keeps happening and fix the system
- • Comfort working with AI-powered tools and enthusiasm for using them creatively to scale processes
- • Excellent written communication skills — ability to document complex product behavior accessibly for diverse audiences
- • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • High ownership — treating support queue problems as your own to solve, not to pass along
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
- • Eligibility for discretionary performance bonus and equity options
- • Competitive benefits package (details available on careers page)
- • Opportunity to work remotely or in San Francisco, NYC, or Boston offices
