- • As a Product Specialist at Jump Technologies Inc., you will become a trusted expert on all things Jump, serving as the primary point of contact for financial advisors seeking support, guidance, and education on the company’s AI-powered platform. This role is critical to maintaining Jump’s reputation for exceptional customer experience and directly contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and product improvement.
- • Day to day, you will manage the high-volume Jump Help Desk via Intercom, respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues during live Zoom calls, document feature requests and recurring problems for product and engineering teams, and proactively educate users on maximizing Jump’s features to enhance their workflows.
- • You will join a customer-obsessed, high-velocity team at an early-stage Series A company backed by top-tier investors including Battery, Sorenson, Pelion, and Citi. The team comprises professionals from elite institutions and companies such as Harvard, Stanford, Google, Snowflake, JPMorgan, and Bain, fostering a culture of High Velocity, World Class, and Direct + Kind + No Drama.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial technology and AI applications for advisors, refine your technical communication and problem-solving skills, gain exposure to product feedback loops, and grow into a trusted advisor advocate—positioning yourself for long-term career growth in product, customer success, or tech-enabled financial services.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree required
- • Top-5% writer and verbal communicator – clear, professional, and quick
- • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and skilled at multi-tasking
- • Comfortable using technical interfaces and thinking methodically about troubleshooting (no programming or AI knowledge required)
- • 1-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role in tech (helpful but not required; new college grads considered)
- • Excited to help financial advisors leverage cutting-edge AI and work at an early-stage tech company
