  • • Distyl AI is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Product Strategist to define and shape the future of its healthcare solutions. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who can bridge the gap between Distyl's advanced AI platform capabilities and the specific, evolving needs of the healthcare market. You will be instrumental in determining how our innovative solutions are packaged, positioned, and presented to key buyer segments including Payors, Providers, and Pharma companies. Your primary objective is to empower the Go-To-Market (GTM) team with the tools and narratives they need to sell with confidence, ensuring that customers clearly perceive and realize immediate, tangible value from our offerings.   • • In this dynamic role, you will engage in a wide array of day-to-day activities critical to the success of Distyl's healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with founders, AI Strategists, and engineering teams to translate complex platform capabilities into structured, marketable healthcare solutions. This involves defining which Solution Families, such as Prior Authorization, Claims Management, Care Management, Cost of Care, and Network Management, should be prioritized for each buyer segment. You will meticulously define the packaging and scope of these solutions, articulating a clear and compelling value proposition, and outlining the critical "first 90 days" value story for each. Beyond defining the solutions, you will be responsible for creating all external-facing artifacts necessary for market success. This includes developing precise positioning statements, comprehensive sales enablement materials, compelling proof points that highlight Distyl's unique advantages, and clear competitive differentiation strategies to strengthen our market presence and enable the GTM team to sell effectively at scale. You will also be tasked with translating intricate technical capabilities into easily understandable business value for C-suite executives and operational leaders, building solution marketing and value proposition decks that Account Executives (AEs) can utilize independently. Furthermore, you will craft essential sales collateral such as one-pagers, leave-behinds, battle cards, and objection handling guides, alongside developing demo talk tracks and supporting materials. A key aspect of your role will be partnering closely with sellers to gain insights into what resonates in sales conversations and identify areas for improvement, while also collaborating with brand and creative teams to refine website content and design highly impactful marketing collateral. You will equip the Healthcare GTM Team with narrative scaffolding for demos and Proofs of Concept (POCs), including tailored talk tracks, prospect-specific framing, and adaptable before/after storytelling templates. Developing and maintaining customer case studies that are sanitized, compelling, and reusable will be crucial, as will building segment-specific ROI models and value quantification tools that AEs can customize for each prospect to facilitate deal advancement. Establishing and managing a customer reference program and creating customer proof points for sales, marketing, and PR will further solidify Distyl's market position. You will also conduct win/loss analyses and synthesize field intelligence from AI Strategists and AEs to identify not only deal-closing factors but also potential gaps in the solution itself, feeding this critical information back into product and engineering roadmaps. Your role extends to interviewing customers and prospects to uncover key differentiators, such as speed to production, clinician self-service capabilities, and regulatory approval track records, and translating these insights into impactful messaging. You will own the feedback loop between customer engagements and solution packaging, ensuring that recurring objections lead to product improvements rather than just updated collateral. Additionally, you will write white papers, Points of View (POVs), and thought leadership pieces to establish Distyl's expertise in healthcare and enterprise AI, create website content for inbound marketing, and ghostwrite for founders on high-visibility content. You will also own the content strategy for major healthcare conferences, developing speaking proposals, booth narratives, and event-specific collateral, while maintaining a strong point of view on the healthcare AI landscape, buyer priorities, and competitive positioning. Finally, you will feed market insights into solution packaging, pricing, and GTM strategy, track competitor activities, and build and manage analyst relations with firms like Gartner, Forrester, and KLAS to enhance Distyl's credibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8–15 years of experience in product strategy, product management, solutions consulting, or product marketing within B2B enterprise software, with a proven track record of defining and packaging solutions.
  • • Deep familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including operations (utilization management, medical cost management, claims, etc.), buyer personas (CMO, CDIO, COO), and the regulatory landscape. Direct experience defining and positioning solutions for healthcare enterprise buyers is required.
  • • Proven ability to think in terms of solution architecture, defining product scope and market entry points based on platform capabilities and buyer pain points.
  • • Experience in an early-stage company environment (e.g., first 50 employees) or demonstrated ability to build processes and strategies from scratch without established playbooks.
  • • Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated track record of working effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams to create solution packaging and materials that are actively used in deals.
  • • Comfortable translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and possessing exceptional writing skills to produce polished, publication-ready content with minimal oversight.
  • • Experience defining AI/ML product strategy, understanding how to productize GenAI solutions and package platform capabilities into repeatable offerings is a strong plus.
