• • The Product Strategy Senior Advisor will independently drive initiatives to grow profitable volume and enhance customer and client experience for Express Scripts and EnGuide Pharmacies, playing a key role in identifying, evaluating, and developing new pharmacy solutions.
• • Day to day, the role involves researching market trends, defining unmet customer needs, analyzing claims utilization and financial data, creating business cases, partnering with cross-functional teams, influencing sales channels, evaluating partnership opportunities, and project managing initiatives from concept to launch.
• • The Pharmacy Product Strategy & Development team operates within Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, providing strategic leadership for new solutions tied to Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacies across commercial, health plan, Cigna, and Medicare lines of business in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in PBM product economics, advanced data analysis using tools like the Analyst tool, end-to-end product lifecycle management, cross-functional leadership, and strategic influence across enterprise stakeholders, positioning them for senior impact in healthcare innovation and growth strategy.
