- • As a Product Success Associate at Jigsaw LLC, you will serve as the frontline hero supporting users from legal, accountancy, consulting, and financial sectors, helping them get maximum value from the platform while providing critical feedback that shapes product evolution.
- • Day to day, you will handle high-volume customer interactions by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and solving real-world problems with efficiency and empathy, while dedicating 20% of your time to collaborating with internal teams on product initiatives, feature development, and cross-functional alignment.
- • You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Technical Operations, Engineering, and Product teams, acting as a bridge between customer needs and product development to ensure the platform evolves based on real user feedback and business goals.
- • In this role, you will develop deep customer-facing expertise, gain hands-on technical experience with Azure, SQL, and web dev tools, and build cross-functional collaboration skills that prepare you for future roles in solution engineering, product management, or technical customer success.
