- • The Product Support Associate role at Ravio Technologies Limited is a critical internal function that empowers customer-facing teams like Sales and Customer Success Managers to resolve product issues efficiently, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-growing compensation technology company.
- • This role serves as the vital bridge between internal teams and technical departments, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and continuous product improvement based on real-world feedback from a global client base of over 1,200 innovative companies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on technical support to Sales and CSMs to troubleshoot and resolve customer product issues across Ravio’s platform, acting as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases requiring direct customer interaction.
- • The associate will proactively support emerging features and key processes such as customer onboarding, identifying recurring challenges and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive scalable solutions as the company expands globally.
- • They will gather and analyse feedback from internal teams to detect patterns in customer issues, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and process optimisations.
- • Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams is essential to ensure internal partners have the tools, documentation, and knowledge needed to succeed, including creating and refining internal guides, FAQs, and support content.
- • Building strong, trust-based relationships with Sales, CSMs, and other stakeholders is a core expectation, with the associate acting as an internal advocate for team needs while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, including internships, in a technical, support, or customer-facing role.
- • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product-related issues in a SaaS environment.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to convey technical information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- • Outstanding analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- • Experience with SaaS technologies is a plus; prior exposure to HR technology or compensation tools is highly desirable.
- • Demonstrated customer focus and a track record of delivering exceptional service, particularly in internal customer satisfaction contexts.
