📋 Description
- • As a Product Support Engineer at Semperis, you will be an essential member of the Technical Delivery team, responsible for solving technical issues and providing stellar customer service on security and identity products, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and product improvement through feedback to Product and R&D teams.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot technical and operational issues, monitor the Support Queue to meet SLAs, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of 1-2 primary Semperis products, track and update support cases in CRM platforms like Salesforce, create knowledge base articles, provide pre-sales technical assistance, and proactively resolve internal and external conflicts using sound judgment.
