- • Develop self-paced learning content to teach math-first thinking and supply chain engineering workflows, including video courses, written modules, exercises, and toy datasets
- • Build technical training materials covering mathematical modeling, optimization, data science, supply chain planning, and data visualization
- • Contribute to repeatable training modules, playbooks, and structured product curricula for enterprise customers
- • Shadow and support in-person and virtual customer workshops to reinforce product understanding and learning outcomes
- • Help facilitate technical modeling sessions alongside senior team members during customer engagements
- • Translate complex technical concepts—such as optimization, forecasting, and AI agents—into intuitive, actionable explanations for non-technical and technical customers alike
- • Create educational content that enables users to apply supply chain engineering principles using Lyric’s AI platform
- • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align training materials with real-world customer use cases and product updates
- • Ensure training content reflects the platform’s end-to-end composability, including no-code tools, custom code integration, and forkable codebase
- • Maintain and update training materials based on customer feedback, product iterations, and evolving supply chain industry standards
- • Support the mission of enabling 1 million people to do supply chain engineering through scalable, high-quality educational resources
- • Prepare and deliver training components for domestic and international customer workshops, requiring adaptability to diverse technical backgrounds
- • Work closely with senior trainers and engineers to refine pedagogical approaches and ensure technical accuracy of all learning materials
- • Document best practices for teaching Lyric’s platform features and incorporate them into standardized training playbooks
- • Analyze customer learning patterns to identify gaps in content and propose improvements to enhance comprehension and retention
- • Engage with Fortune 500 customers including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola to understand their supply chain challenges and tailor training accordingly
- • Maintain a deep understanding of Lyric’s AI-powered supply chain solutions, including network optimization, inventory allocation, route scheduling, fulfillment capacity planning, order promising, demand propagation, and scenario analysis
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical foundation in mathematical modeling, optimization, data science, industrial engineering, operations research, statistics, or computer science
- • Comfort reasoning about algorithms and translating technical concepts into clear explanations
- • Strong storytelling and teaching instincts: ability to make hard things understandable

- • Annual base compensation range of $80,000 to $90,000
