• • Conduct scheduled audits of key system configurations and data across client, employee, and contractor account types to ensure accuracy and prevent user-facing issues.
• • Build deep product expertise by mastering Deel’s ecosystem, user personas, and workflows to anticipate friction points and identify opportunities for UX improvement.
• • Use the Deel platform daily with a tester’s mindset to uncover usability issues, bugs, and areas of enhancement through real-world interaction.
• • Analyze patterns in testing findings to provide actionable insights that help product teams prevent recurring issues and improve system integrity.
• • Act as the "voice of the user" by collaborating directly with product managers and designers to advocate for improved user experience and product usability.
• • Document all testing results, bugs, and audit findings with detailed, reproducible reports in tracking systems, ensuring clarity for engineering and product stakeholders.
• • Maintain a sharp focus on UX/UI principles to identify subtle interface inconsistencies, navigation flaws, and accessibility concerns that impact user satisfaction.
• • Apply knowledge of testing methodologies to validate end-to-end user flows across diverse global use cases and regional compliance requirements.
• • Utilize browser developer tools to inspect front-end behavior and perform basic API testing to verify data integrity and response accuracy.
