  • • As a Production Accounting Specialist III at Wrapbook, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how the entertainment industry manages its financial operations. You will serve as a critical client-facing expert, guiding our film and television customers through the seamless adoption and effective utilization of Wrapbook's advanced production accounting platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients, primarily within the Mid-Market segment, experience a smooth and successful onboarding journey, with opportunities to engage with Enterprise and SMB clients as well.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to partner directly with production teams, acting as their trusted advisor for all aspects of implementing and using Wrapbook's solutions. This involves providing expert guidance on payroll configuration, intricate production accounting workflows, and industry best practices throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle. You will be the go-to resource for technical consultation and customer education, ensuring clients understand the platform's capabilities and how they align with their specific production needs.
  • • You will lead comprehensive training sessions and detailed technical walkthroughs, articulating complex platform functionalities and the underlying production accounting logic with clarity and precision. This ensures that users, regardless of their technical background, can confidently leverage Wrapbook to its full potential.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide workflow consultation, ensuring that any technical hurdles are overcome efficiently and effectively, thereby maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
  • • To foster scalability and continuous improvement, you will be instrumental in translating common client questions and challenges into valuable, reusable resources. This includes developing comprehensive guides, detailed FAQs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that empower users and reduce the need for ad-hoc support.
  • • Your insights are invaluable. You will actively channel customer feedback, observed usage patterns, and identified gaps back to internal teams. This crucial feedback loop will directly inform product iteration, enhance the client experience, and drive the evolution of our platform to better meet the dynamic needs of the entertainment industry.
  • • Upon successful onboarding and early adoption, you will play a vital role in transitioning accounts to our long-term success and support teams. This involves ensuring clean documentation, clear handoff procedures, and a comprehensive understanding of the client's setup, guaranteeing continued support and satisfaction.
  • • This position is ideal for a seasoned production accounting professional who possesses a deep understanding of the entertainment industry's financial intricacies. You should thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and be passionate about leveraging technology to modernize accounting tools and processes within film and television production.
  • • You will be expected to manage multiple client engagements concurrently, adeptly navigating competing priorities and timelines with a calm, collected, and professional demeanor. Your ability to maintain clarity and deliver exceptional service under pressure will be paramount.
  • • A strong commitment to documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing is essential. You will contribute to building a robust knowledge base that benefits both clients and internal teams.
  • • Working independently within a fully remote, collaborative team structure is a core requirement. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable contributing to a distributed workforce.
  • • Ultimately, you will be a key player in Wrapbook's mission to bring clarity, dependability, and increased productivity to production payroll and accounting, empowering creators and streamlining complex financial operations across the entertainment landscape.
