- • The Production Coordinator role at Web Summit LLC is essential to delivering seamless, world-class attendee experiences at one of the planet’s most influential tech conferences. This position supports the Event Operations team in executing large-scale global events by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring all production elements run smoothly from concept to completion.
- • Day to day, the Production Coordinator will assist in planning and tracking event production schedules, liaising with internal teams (design, staging, AV, exhibitions) and external vendors, managing asset inventories, supporting stage and exhibition build-ups and strike-downs, maintaining production documentation, and troubleshooting on-site issues during events to ensure minimal disruption and high attendee satisfaction.
- • The Event Operations team at Web Summit is a collaborative, fast-paced unit responsible for bringing the vision of global tech events to life. Working alongside designers, producers, stage managers, and technical crews, this team ensures every detail — from lighting and sound to crowd flow and accessibility — contributes to a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for tens of thousands of attendees across multiple international events.
