- • Support Project Architects and Project Managers in the delivery of complex, large-scale advanced manufacturing design projects, including semiconductor fabrication facilities.
- • Coordinate communication and deliverables between internal design teams and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- • Maintain, update, and organize project drawings and documentation in accordance with firm standards and client requirements.
- • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including coordination of revisions, markups, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- • Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure production schedules are met without compromising design integrity or quality.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design elements into cohesive project packages.
- • Utilize industry-standard design and documentation software to support production workflows and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- • Participate in project meetings and coordination sessions to relay updates, resolve conflicts, and align team efforts on project goals.
- • Provide administrative and logistical support for project documentation, submittals, and transmittals.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending streamlined workflows.
- • Work closely with senior architects to understand design intent and translate it into accurate, buildable documentation.
- • Ensure all project files are properly archived and accessible for future reference and audit purposes.
- • Adapt to evolving project demands in a fast-paced environment where precision, speed, and technical accuracy are paramount.
- • Gain exposure to multiple phases of project delivery—from schematic design through construction administration—on high-profile, globally significant projects.
- • Engage with a team dedicated to innovation in advanced manufacturing architecture, working alongside experienced professionals who mentor junior staff.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural production and documentation
- • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing project drawings and documents
- • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment under the guidance of senior architects
- • Familiarity with construction documentation standards and practices
- • Recent graduate or junior architect with limited professional experience seeking hands-on project exposure
