📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end creation of production-ready tech packs in Adobe Illustrator, translating creative concepts into precise technical documents that include exact measurements, bill of materials, colorways, construction call-outs, labeling specifications, and print-ready artwork sized to every unique product die-line—ensuring zero ambiguity for global manufacturing partners.
• • Partner daily with the Lead Production Designer to intake, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent requests under tight deadlines, maintaining a seamless feedback loop that keeps creative intent intact while meeting manufacturability and cost constraints.
• • Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal design teams and external vendors, proactively clarifying specifications, troubleshooting sampling issues, and resolving production roadblocks in real time to keep development calendars on track.
• • Conduct rigorous quality-assurance reviews of every tech pack and physical sample, cross-checking construction, fit, color accuracy, and print fidelity against brand standards; flag discrepancies early and drive corrective actions to guarantee first-quality goods.
• • Build and maintain a meticulously organized digital archive of master templates, die-lines, color palettes, licensed artwork, and version-controlled creative files—enabling rapid re-issues, seasonal updates, and on-brand scalability across product lines.
• • Continuously optimize internal processes—standardizing naming conventions, automating repetitive tasks, and documenting best practices—to accelerate turnaround times without sacrificing accuracy or creative integrity.
• • Stay ahead of evolving manufacturing capabilities, substrate limitations, and print technologies, sharing insights with design and product teams to unlock new aesthetic possibilities while safeguarding cost and sustainability targets.
• • Contribute to cross-functional sprint planning, providing realistic timelines and risk assessments that help merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams align launch calendars with production realities.
• • Mentor junior designers and offshore partners on brand standards, file hygiene, and efficient Illustrator workflows, raising the collective quality bar and reducing revision cycles.
• • Champion a culture of pixel-perfect precision and collaborative problem-solving, celebrating wins, documenting lessons learned, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
