📋 Description

• • As a Professional Development Operations Manager at Amplify Education, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and delivery of professional development experiences that empower educators and improve student learning outcomes across K–12 classrooms nationwide.
• • Day to day, you will coordinate and execute professional development sessions by managing scheduling, logistics, and updates in Salesforce; engage with school leaders and educators to confirm event details and recommend appropriate learning services; maintain accurate customer and session data; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of PD initiatives.
