- • Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across client engagements.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables with client expectations.
- • Assist Project Managers in defining project direction, scheduling activities, and allocating resources to meet scope and budget constraints.
- • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both Epicor internal teams and customer organizations to drive successful implementations.
- • Accurately estimate effort and resources required for project tasks to ensure realistic planning and delivery.
- • Ensure all assigned project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities with peers to enhance team capabilities and standardize best practices.
- • Deliver core team training to customer stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Epicor software solutions.
- • Maintain current expertise by pursuing ongoing technical certifications for existing and enhanced Epicor products.
- • Obtain certification in at least one area outside of your core competency to broaden technical and functional proficiency.
- • Meet and exceed utilization targets while consistently completing project deliverables on schedule.
- • Apply strong project management skills and deep technical knowledge to lead complex client implementations.
- • Develop comprehensive work plans, identify resource needs, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress against project milestones.
- • Operate as a customer-centric, results-driven self-starter capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
- • Demonstrate exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including delivering virtual presentations to diverse audiences.
- • Possess expert-level knowledge of all core modules within Epicor software solutions.
- • Apply demonstrated knowledge across multiple industry verticals to tailor solutions to client-specific needs.
- • Travel up to 100% to support client implementations and on-site engagements as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting
- • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
- • Expertise in all core modules of Epicor software
- • Ability to travel up to 100%
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- • Ongoing pursuit of technical certifications to stay current with industry advancements
