- • As a Professional Services Manager at SailPoint, you will lead and build a services organization, managing the strategic efforts required to deliver SailPoint’s identity security solutions to enterprise customers.
- • Day to day, you will partner with sales during pre-sales and post-sales phases, oversee project scoping and delivery, manage client escalations, ensure timely and accurate billing, and provide strategic updates to senior leadership and account teams.
- • You will work within SailPoint’s Professional Services team, supporting the full lifecycle of customer engagements for a global client base including financial institutions, government entities, and pharmaceutical companies, while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SailPoint’s SaaS and software delivery practices, grow into a trusted advisor to customers and peers, and lead your team in achieving engagement success, professional growth, and revenue expansion opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of professional experience at a software, SaaS, or consulting company
- • 3+ years of project management experience
- • 2+ years of people management experience
- • Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement
- • Experience with project management duties including planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management
- • Exceptional communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
- • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- • Extensive experience working with Sales to scope services projects for enterprise software
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
