- • As a Professional Services Solutions Consultant at Procore Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and revenue growth of Procore’s Professional Services by aligning technical solutions with customer business outcomes. Your expertise in enterprise software, consulting methodologies, and value-based selling will directly influence the success of complex implementations, migrations, and customizations for construction industry clients.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Engineers to enhance the salability of Procore’s service offerings, transforming customer workflows into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and project visibility.
- • Day to day, you will position Procore’s Professional Services through value-based selling by tailoring recommended services to specific customer needs and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business goals.
- • You will generate and approve the scope and cost of professional services engagements, conducting thorough financial and operational assessments to ensure proposals are both viable and profitable while meeting client expectations.
- • Creating detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Amendments will be a core responsibility, where you act as a technical expert for both customers and internal teams, translating business requirements into precise, actionable service definitions.
- • Collaboration with Services Delivery partners is essential—you will co-scope engagements to ensure solution design is feasible, aligned with delivery capacity, and sets the stage for successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- • You will propose transformative solutions that address not only technical needs but also organizational culture and business processes, highlighting how Procore’s services drive measurable improvements in productivity, compliance, and project control.
- • Assisting Sales teams on new business opportunities, you will build compelling proposals for RFPs and design custom service solutions that differentiate Procore in competitive bids, leveraging your deep understanding of construction technology ecosystems.
- • Driving customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, you will work directly with clients to uncover pain points, validate solution fit, and ensure their business needs are fully addressed before contract signing.
- • You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to refine service offerings, improve delivery methodologies, and ensure that Procore’s services evolve in tandem with product innovation and market demands.
- • Procore’s Professional Services team operates at the intersection of technology and construction, enabling the world’s leading construction platform to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. 🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of enterprise software implementation or scoping experience
- • Proven experience in technology consulting, project management, or customer management within a Professional Services environment
- • Demonstrated ability to define systems strategy, develop requirements, and implement solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- • Strong background in sales activities including prescribing services for upselling, cross-selling, or drafting complex Statements of Work (SOWs)
- • Excellent business and technical presentation skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of management, from technical teams to C-suite executives
- • Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and strong proficiency in technical writing
- • Strategic thinker capable of making guided decisions and executing tasks with limited supervision
- • Ability to work collaboratively with third-party service providers to co-scope and deliver integrated solutions
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base pay range of $92,400.00 - $127,050.00 USD annually
- • On Target Earning (OTE) range of $132,000.00 - $181,500.00 USD annually, reflecting performance-based incentives
- • Eligibility for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation as part of total rewards
- • Opportunity to work remotely within the US, with flexibility to operate from Procore’s Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices
