- • Supports the planning and coordination of NCS’ new hire program with complex interdependencies and multiple stakeholders
- • Provides administrative support in the creation and execution of program design and revisions to meet changing needs and requirements
- • Coordinates and organizes program deliverables including program roadmaps, plans, content, and delivery timetables
- • Monitors and communicates program status to the team to achieve expected outcomes
- • Acts as liaison among new hires, field leaders, and IT partners to create a seamless new hire experience with minimal impact to business continuity
- • Consistently vets and updates learning content for relevance and compliance standards in collaboration with Instructional Designer
- • Maintains Steering Committee advocacy and cross-functional program alignment
- • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously while focusing on immediate assignments and deadlines
- • Applies knowledge of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with project teams and sponsors
- • Ensures alignment of new hire program materials with compliance standards and organizational goals
- • Utilizes MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and coordination activities
- • Contributes to continuous improvement of the new hire experience through feedback analysis and process refinement
- • Works remotely as part of a distributed team supporting operations across 11 locations
- • Reports on program progress and outcomes to ensure accountability and transparency across departments
- • Collaborates with internal partners to maintain consistency in training delivery and new hire onboarding workflows
- • Adapts program components based on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
- • Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative in driving program milestones without direct supervision
- • Maintains accurate records of program activities, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- • Supports the integration of learning platforms such as NovoEd or similar systems into the new hire experience
- • Ensures all program materials reflect First American’s People First culture and inclusive workplace values
