📋 Description
- • Own and evolve the insight-to-action strategy to translate patient experience survey feedback and analytics into consistent, measurable enterprise-wide actions
- • Design and scale closed-loop feedback frameworks that enable standardized action across markets and provider partners
- • Establish reporting and visibility standards including dashboards, key metrics, and clear activation expectations for stakeholder accountability
- • Align insight activation initiatives with market-specific goals, provider priorities, and Medicare Stars performance objectives to maximize business impact
- • Drive adoption and behavior change across cross-functional teams through defined processes, engagement strategies, and accountability structures
- • Measure the effectiveness of insight activation programs and continuously refine methodologies to improve long-term patient experience outcomes
- • Partner with transformation and operations teams to operationalize frameworks that ensure sustainable performance improvement
- • Ensure all workflows and systems comply with HIPAA requirements by enabling work from a dedicated, interruption-free space to protect member PHI
- • Support enterprise-wide implementation of scalable workflows that connect patient feedback data to actionable, data-driven decisions
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track performance indicators tied to patient experience and Stars program outcomes
- • Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training sessions, strategic meetings, or alignment workshops
- • Utilize designated telephone equipment provided by Humana to meet business communication requirements for the role
- • Maintain internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connections are recommended
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or any field
- • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or experience enablement
- • Experience defining and operationalizing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- • Experience with performance measurement and continuous improvement
