- • As a Program Manager at Sprinklr, you will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-market, global implementations of CXM and CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs while driving value at every touchpoint.
- • You will own program scope, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, change control, and forecasting, working closely with internal teams (consultants, solutions designers, analytics experts) and external partners like RingCentral and Adobe to deliver seamless Sprinklr implementations.
- • Sprinklr’s Professional Services team enables global enterprises to unify customer experience data and break down silos through its AI-native Unified-CXM platform, trusted by 1,900+ enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS deployments, global rollouts, and cross-functional leadership while developing strategic roadmaps and earning recognition for delivering measurable customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of experience in project and program delivery/deployment, with focus on Contact Centers, retail, or similar industries
- • Proven experience leading global (multi-geo/multi-cultural) rollouts and managing deployment types (centralized, decentralized, hub-and-spoke)
- • Strong Program Management background with PMP and Scrum certifications strongly preferred, plus expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the executive level, lead large teams without direct supervision, and drive risk mitigation and resource allocation
