• • **Consultative Guidance and Best Practices:** A key aspect of your role will be to engage with clients to deeply understand their unique business requirements. You will then leverage your expertise to guide them on Perceptyx's proven best practices, ensuring optimal program design that aligns with their strategic objectives and maximizes the value derived from employee insights.
• • **Proactive Risk Management and Mitigation:** You will play a vital role in identifying, analyzing, and proactively mitigating potential risks and dependencies that could impact program delivery.
