- • Partner with Service Delivery, Construction, and regional teams to manage end-to-end construction programs for Comcast Business.
- • Coordinate and track new builds, upgrades, and technical refresh projects across enterprise and large-scale customer programs.
- • Assess project scope, milestones, and dependencies to build execution plans for complex, multi-team construction initiatives.
- • Identify and resolve roadblocks, risks, and delays that impact delivery timelines and customer experience.
- • Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment to revenue goals and customer priorities.
- • Coordinate prioritization of work across teams to accelerate delivery and reduce aging backlog.
- • Drive outcomes tied to revenue acceleration, cancellation reduction, and time-to-revenue improvement.
- • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across construction programs and recommend data-informed improvements.
- • Act as a central point of coordination across Sales, Service Delivery, Network Engineering, Construction/Tech Ops, and Finance.
- • Influence stakeholders and hold teams accountable without direct authority to ensure program execution.
- • Support both internal operational needs and customer-facing delivery initiatives.
- • Provide clear, executive-level updates on project status, risks, and performance to senior leadership.
- • Participate in cross-functional forums to represent program performance and drive alignment.
- • Demonstrate executive presence in meetings with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- • Apply structured program management methodologies to maintain execution discipline and milestone adherence.
- • Leverage business acumen to understand revenue impact and prioritize work based on strategic business outcomes.
- • Analyze program data to identify patterns, root causes of delays, and opportunities for process optimization.
- • Operate as a leader without direct reports, driving accountability through influence and collaboration.
- • Maintain consistent attendance and be available for variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by business operations.
- • Adhere to Comcast’s Operating Principles, prioritizing customer experience, digital innovation, and team collaboration.
- • Support a culture of inclusion and contribute to the Net Promoter System through feedback participation and customer-focused actions.
- • Travel 30%–40% to support on-site coordination, stakeholder meetings, and construction program oversight.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in Service Delivery (required priority)
- • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- • Experience managing customer-facing delivery programs
- • Strong program management fundamentals including milestones, dependencies, and execution discipline
- • Ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority
- • Bachelor's Degree
