📋 Description

• As a Program Manager at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will be at the forefront of guiding our clients through their compliance journey, ensuring they maximize the value and effectiveness of our cutting-edge blockchain analytics and compliance solutions.
• This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive onboarding, enablement, and expert advisory support to a diverse clientele, including regulated financial institutions, innovative crypto-native organizations, and dynamic fintech companies.
• Your primary objective will be to empower these clients to operationalize robust financial crime compliance programs, navigate the complex landscape of crypto asset regulatory obligations, and achieve a significant return on investment from their adoption of Elliptic products.
• You will adopt a hands-on approach, meticulously managing client engagements from inception to successful completion, with a strong emphasis on cultivating outstanding client experiences that accelerate product adoption, instill unwavering compliance confidence, and foster enduring customer success.
• A key facet of your role will be leading the deployment and meticulous configuration of Elliptic's compliance and blockchain analytics solutions for enterprise-level customers.
• You will be instrumental in service-led engagements, ensuring a seamless alignment between the technical setup of our solutions, the specific compliance use cases of the client, and their unique operational requirements.
• Facilitate engaging and informative customer onboarding and enablement sessions, empowering stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to effectively configure, interpret, and seamlessly integrate Elliptic tools into their existing operational workflows and compliance frameworks.
• Deliver highly tailored advisory services, drawing upon your expertise in critical areas such as crypto transaction monitoring, understanding and mitigating blockchain risk typologies, implementing effective customer risk scoring methodologies, and ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory obligations like the Travel Rule and broader crypto AML requirements.
• Take ownership of the operational execution of client engagements, diligently tracking all project aspects to guarantee the successful delivery of scoped project milestones within agreed-upon timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain transparent communication channels, providing regular and clear internal and client-facing updates on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any emerging issues, and managing associated risks.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process from the sales cycle to the go-live phase.
• Actively contribute to crucial feedback loops, channeling client insights and experiences back to the Product team to drive continuous product enhancement and innovation.
• Provide essential project coordination, including meticulous agenda planning for meetings, comprehensive documentation of discussions and decisions, diligent follow-ups on action items, and proactive management of all tasks related to implementation and service delivery engagements.
• Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of Elliptic's delivery methodologies and playbooks by actively sharing valuable client insights and lessons learned from your engagements.
• Maintain a proactive stance in staying abreast of the latest developments in crypto compliance trends, emerging risk typologies, and critical regulatory changes that may impact client compliance frameworks or the utilization of our products.
• Support the development of internal knowledge resources, including comprehensive FAQs and engaging workshop materials, which will be utilized by the broader services and delivery teams across the organization.
• Your success will be measured by key performance indicators including project delivery success rate (measured by on-time go-lives and milestone achievement), high levels of client satisfaction (CSAT, NPS), rapid time-to-value (TTTV) from contract signing to solution go-live, the propensity for repeat service engagements and upsell adoption support, and the consistent quality and clarity of client documentation and enablement materials.
• This role is ideal for an individual who is willing and able to engage directly with customers on-site to facilitate project delivery, foster strong collaborative relationships, and build lasting client trust.
• You will leverage your operational experience and/or subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, AML, or crypto-asset-related risk management, gained within a Fintech, RegTech, Consultancy, or Financial Institution setting.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in delivering or supporting the implementation of compliance software or related technology solutions for customers is essential.
• You must possess the ability to interact confidently and effectively with customer compliance, risk, and operational stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable configurations and best practices.
• Strong project coordination instincts, a keen sense of structure, unwavering accountability, and exceptional task management skills are paramount.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for both internal documentation and the creation of polished, externally-facing deliverables.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, build-phase product company or scale-up environment, where comfort with ambiguity and a proactive problem-solving approach are highly valued, will set you apart.
• A genuine passion for crypto and blockchain technology is strongly preferred and will significantly enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their challenges.

• Proven experience in delivering or supporting the implementation of compliance software or related technology solutions for customers.
• Strong operational experience and/or subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, AML, or crypto-asset-related risk management.
• Ability to interact confidently with customer compliance, risk, and operational stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable configurations or best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal documentation and externally-facing deliverables.
• Willing and able to work on-site with customers to support project delivery, foster collaboration, and build strong client relationships.
