📋 Description

• • As a Program Manager at Caylent, you will lead large-scale, multi-stream cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery of complex AWS-based initiatives that drive business value and technological modernization.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining program success criteria, managing contracts and change control, engaging executive stakeholders, developing strategic roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, mitigating risks, ensuring quality deliverables, and mentoring junior program and project managers.
• • Caylent is a cloud-native services company specializing in AWS solutions, operating fully remote with a global team across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. The company prioritizes people-first culture, technological curiosity, and inclusive practices while delivering end-to-end cloud services including migration, modernization, DevOps, data engineering, and security.
