📋 Description

• Own and lead end-to-end clinician onboarding and training programs across all Abridge implementations, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences aligned with product releases.
• Run a monthly training update cadence synchronized with Abridge’s product release cycle, ensuring all training content is updated and deployed by each general availability date.
• Design and refine onboarding strategies tailored to specific clinician roles and stages in the customer journey to maximize engagement and adoption.
• Triage and respond to training requests from internal teams, ensuring Partner Experience and other stakeholders receive timely, accurate training assets.
• Partner with the Partner Experience team to design scalable, high-touch resourcing models that reduce partner effort and accelerate clinician ramp-up times.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Clinical Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless alignment between product releases and training delivery.
• Design, maintain, and update a comprehensive clinician training curriculum across multiple formats: live sessions, virtual training, and self-serve modules.
• Ensure all training content remains clinically accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving product functionality and customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Operations teams to validate content accuracy and maintain alignment with product messaging and clinical standards.
• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including SOP documentation, learning path configuration, partner-specific pages, and engagement reporting.
• Build and maintain partner-specific LMS pages with customized branding, care-setting-specific learning pathways, and product configuration settings.
• Develop scalable materials and tooling to reduce operational burden on partner-facing teams over time.
• Work with Implementation teams to update LMS onboarding processes and coordinate with Engineering to ensure proper SSO configuration and provisioning at scale.
• Track training effectiveness using feedback loops, engagement metrics, and adoption outcomes, and report insights regularly to Partner Experience leadership.
• Iterate on the training model as Abridge scales, continuously raising standards for clinician satisfaction, retention, and long-term product success.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or a related enablement role — ideally in health tech or clinical education
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-serve training formats
• Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Strong project management skills to manage monthly cadences, competing priorities, and maintain a current module library
• High standard for content quality, brand consistency, and clinician-appropriate communication
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Clinical, and Operations stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with internal teams and partner organizations
