- • As Program Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption, you will lead SavvyMoney’s transformation from AI-curious to AI-native by designing and executing enterprise-wide AI adoption programs that align technology strategy with organizational performance and drive measurable behavioral change across all business functions.
- • Day to day, you will design program strategy and governance, lead change management and enablement initiatives, engage stakeholders across functions, report progress to the C-suite and Board, and track program operations including milestones, budgets, risks, and AI use case inventories.
- • You will join a leading San Francisco East Bay fintech company recognized as a Top 25 Place to Work in the Bay Area and an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, where AI is being positioned as a fundamental shift in how work gets done.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise AI transformation, executive reporting, change management at scale, and cross-functional leadership — positioning yourself as a key driver of one of the company’s most consequential strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years leading enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
- • Demonstrated experience designing and executing change management programs at scale, ideally including technology adoption, digital transformation, or process re-engineering.
- • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools and concepts (LLMs, AI assistants, automation, prompt engineering) — not just theoretical knowledge, but practical experience using these tools in your own work.
- • Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and/or boards — with the communication clarity, confidence, and judgment to influence at the highest levels.
- • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust across functions and lead without direct authority.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; can synthesize complexity into clear narratives and crisp executive summaries.
- • PMP, PgMP, Prosci ADKAR, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry is a plus.
