- • Oversee all Motorola Solutions contracts and operational engagements with multiple Federal Government Agencies, ensuring seamless delivery of mission-critical communication solutions and services.
- • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technical managers, project managers, technical resources, and administrative personnel across service delivery, contract compliance, and project execution.
- • Manage comprehensive service delivery including inventory control, radio programming, field work, infrastructure sustainment, hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, cybersecurity, spectrum management, and support at NSSE events.
- • Provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight of all contractual agreements between Motorola Solutions and Federal Government Agencies, ensuring alignment with program goals and regulatory requirements.
- • Administer and forecast budgets up to $140K–$160K base salary range, ensuring accurate financial milestones, cost control, and achievement of quarterly and annual financial targets.
- • Develop, implement, and track project schedules, resource plans, implementation strategies, and risk mitigation plans for large, complex federal contracts.
- • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships with federal agencies, ensuring high satisfaction ratings through consistent, high-quality service delivery and responsive communication.
- • Apply data analysis to measure team performance, track customer goals, and drive outcome-based decision-making across programs and projects.
- • Lead personnel management functions including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, discipline, coaching, and mentoring for a team of technical and administrative staff.
- • Ensure full compliance with federal contracting regulations, security protocols, and internal Motorola Solutions policies.
- • Maintain onsite presence in Washington D.C. a minimum of three days per week to attend customer meetings and team coordination sessions.
- • Conduct less than 25% offsite travel for program-related engagements, with primary work location centered in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia area.
- • Utilize standard business software (Google Suite, email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) for daily operations, reporting, and team coordination.
- • Multi-task and reprioritize daily action items while overseeing team deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
- • Identify, assess, and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect program integrity, financial outcomes, and operational continuity.
- • Form, build, and sustain high-performing teams through results-oriented leadership and outcome-based management practices.
- • Ensure all team members meet federal background check and security clearance requirements as mandated by government contracts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of proven management and leadership experience leading large technical, service delivery, or operational teams
- • 5+ years of experience in federal customer relations or account management with demonstrable high customer satisfaction
- • 5+ years of experience preparing, administering, and forecasting budgets for complex projects
- • Must be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in technical field, management, or leadership
- • Legal authorization to work indefinitely in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
