- • The Program Manager, Learning Experience Design at Bon Secours Mercy Health creates and continuously improves learning programs using blended learning, e-Learning, instructor-led/virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and multimedia assets, balancing learning experience design with content creation to support organizational development.
- • Day to day, the role applies human-centered and instructional design methodologies to design advanced multi-modal learning experiences (simulation, gamification, live action video, blended, social learning), researches and adapts content assets, maintains and iterates on learning solutions, develops support updates, builds a global training content library, collaborates with Learning Technology Solutions, partners with SMEs to define learning solutions, uses Agile methodology to manage high-volume projects, creates conceptual designs aligned with business outcomes, delivers technologically innovative and instructionally sound learning materials, and drives innovation in modern learning experiences that drive behavior change.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Communication
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning, education, or human resources
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Articulate Storyline 360; strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, organization, adaptability, prioritization, time management, and ability to maintain confidential information
