📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day execution of OpenAI Academy and OpenAI Forum programming across the Asia Pacific region, aligning with global and regional policy goals.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, workshops, and discussions tailored to diverse APAC audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and local context.
• Manage timelines, guest communications, vendor relationships, travel logistics, and post-event follow-ups for regional activations.
• Track and report on KPIs, participant feedback, and performance metrics for both OpenAI Academy and OpenAI Forum initiatives.
• Brainstorm session topics, speaker lineups, and narrative formats designed to resonate with APAC communities and advance AI literacy.
• Develop clear, accessible written materials including discussion guides, course outlines, and event summaries, with potential adaptation for multilingual audiences.
• Support outreach to educators, nonprofits, industry groups, and public-sector stakeholders across APAC to build and sustain partnerships.
• Collaborate with design and communications teams to amplify program content through blog posts, social media, and public events.
• Gather, synthesize, and translate participant and partner feedback into actionable insights to shape future programming.
• Assist with basic video editing tasks such as clipping conversations into short-form segments for digital distribution.
• Work with regional creative partners to ensure content production meets quality and accessibility standards.
• Utilize tools such as Notion, Descript, Final Cut, or Figma to manage workflows, content assets, and project documentation.
• Maintain organizational rigor in managing cross-border logistics and multilingual engagement across multiple APAC countries.
• Ensure all programming reflects OpenAI’s mission to ensure general-purpose AI benefits all of humanity, with sensitivity to regional perspectives and societal impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or coordinating high-impact programs with multiple stakeholders across different countries or regions.
• Background in program or project management, ideally in content, education, policy, or public engagement.
• Strong creative instincts and comfort generating culturally resonant ideas for sessions, speakers, and content formats.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., clipping conversations into short segments) and ability to collaborate with production teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage cross-border logistics.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with international audiences.
