  • • Lead the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato’s global philanthropy and social impact initiatives under Workato Cares.
  • • Design and execute employee giving programs aligned with Workato’s Pledge 1% commitment, including equity, volunteer time off, and product donations.
  • • Manage the distribution of Workato’s automation platform to resource-constrained nonprofits, ensuring access to tools that reduce manual processes and amplify their mission-driven work.
  • • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with nonprofits, NGOs, and community stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of Workato Cares.
  • • Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership, advising on positioning, strategy, and scaling of social impact programs.
  • • Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting framework to measure program success against the Millionfold Impact goals: helping 1 million people, delivering $10 million in product donations, and generating $100 million in cost savings for nonprofits.
  • • Educate internal teams and employee resource groups on best practices in corporate philanthropy, social impact, and the use of automation for nonprofit efficiency.
  • • Oversee all operational aspects of Workato Cares, including employee volunteerism, communications, impact reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • • Drive innovation in corporate social responsibility by identifying new opportunities to leverage Workato’s technology for scalable social good.
  • • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • • Champion internal engagement by creating meaningful, accessible ways for employees to contribute their time, skills, and expertise to nonprofit causes.
  • • Translate complex program outcomes into compelling narratives that resonate across internal and external audiences to amplify visibility and support.
  • • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and HR teams to integrate Workato Cares into broader company culture and employer branding efforts.
  • • Ensure all programs adhere to Workato’s values of trust, innovation, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with philanthropic and corporate governance standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector.
  • • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.
  • • Genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale.
  • • Proven ability to thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite.
  • • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic vision, champion bold ideas, and influence without direct authority.
  • • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
