📋 Description
- • As a Program Success Associate at TreviPay, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, merchants, and clients, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships that drive loyalty and program usage.
- • Day to day, you will meet or exceed department metrics and SLAs, de-escalate challenging customer situations, provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, route unresolved issues to appropriate teams, and proactively contact customers to address potential account issues, disputes, or technical needs.
- • You will join a supportive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team at TreviPay, a global B2B payments and invoicing network with 40 years of experience serving leaders in manufacturing, retail, and transportation, where employees are empowered to grow and innovate.
- • In this role, you will develop strong customer service and communication skills, gain experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration, and build a foundation for a long-term career in Customer Success through active learning, feedback integration, and initiative-taking.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
- • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- • Ability to skillfully manage challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts
