  • • Jellyfish is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Programmatic Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Reporting directly to the Programmatic Director, you will play a crucial supporting role, acting as the vital link between intricate media briefs and the precise execution required within programmatic platforms. This position is ideal for an individual eager to deepen their expertise in programmatic advertising, contributing to the planning, trafficking, building, optimization, and reporting of sophisticated Programmatic Display & Video campaigns.
  • • As a Programmatic Executive, your primary responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of programmatic campaign management. You will be instrumental in the planning phase, collaborating with senior team members to understand client objectives and translate them into actionable programmatic strategies. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and defining campaign parameters to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
  • • A core component of your role will be the meticulous execution and management of Display & Video Media Campaigns within the programmatic ecosystem. This requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring that every campaign is set up for success from the outset. You will be responsible for ensuring that all campaign elements are correctly configured and aligned with strategic goals.
  • • You will be the go-to person for end-to-end trafficking in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360). This critical task involves ensuring that all naming conventions are strictly adhered to and that landing pages are perfectly configured and tested before initiating the synchronization process to Display & Video 360 (DV360). Accuracy here is paramount to avoid errors and ensure seamless campaign activation.
  • • Campaign optimization will be a significant focus. You will actively monitor campaign performance against client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Jellyfish's internal benchmarks. This involves analyzing real-time data, identifying trends, and implementing strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness, reach, engagement, and ultimately, return on investment.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with Client Services and Account Directors to ensure operational excellence is delivered consistently to our clients. This cross-functional teamwork ensures that programmatic strategies are integrated seamlessly with broader client account management and that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • • Performance Reporting will require you to delve into data exports, typically in CSV format. Your role will extend beyond simply presenting numbers; you will be expected to provide factual observations, interpret the underlying 'why' behind performance shifts, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients. This analytical rigor is essential for demonstrating campaign value and informing future strategies.
  • • You will also collaborate closely with the wider Media Team. This partnership is crucial for informing media allocation decisions and contributing to advertiser investment strategies. By understanding the broader media landscape and client budgets, you can help ensure that programmatic investments are strategically placed for optimal impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated 1+ years of experience in a Display or Video advertising discipline.
  • • Previous experience with programmatic buying, specifically using Display & Video 360 (DV360).
  • • Proven experience managing end-to-end trafficking workflows, including creative setup in CM360 and seamless synchronization/assignment in DV360.
  • • Ability to effectively organize complex projects with consistency and ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from campaign data.
  • • Moderate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas, performing basic statistical analysis, and working with Pivot Tables.
