📋 Description

• As a Programmatic, Paid Media specialist in Banco de Talentos at Monks, you will play a consultative role advising clients on industry trends, technology solutions, and ad spend optimization to drive long-term value in a rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.
• You will manage the end-to-end execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns, serving as a key player in client and team relationship management, campaign optimization, and media planning.
• Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven brand of S4 Capital plc, recognized as a leader in AI-powered marketing orchestration through its Monks.Flow ecosystem, with accolades including Adweek’s first AI Agency of the Year (2023) and multiple industry awards for innovation and excellence.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic advertising, strengthen client advisory capabilities, and contribute to scalable processes that support Monks’ growing client base and organizational expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing Paid Media campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser environment
• Experience working with Programmatic platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager (CM), and/or The Trade Desk
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent consultative approach in developing and managing business relationships
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and comfort working autonomously
• Innovative thinking with the ability to turn ideas and strategies into actionable plans
