📋 Description

• • The Programme Executive role at Economist Impact’s Large Scale Events business supports the development and delivery of high-impact global events by managing speaker research, invitations, logistics, and sponsorship coordination, ensuring alignment with The Economist Group’s mission of innovation, independence, and rigour.
• • Day to day, the role involves supporting programme leads in managing speaker invitation campaigns, researching and confirming senior-level government and private sector speakers, handling speaker communications and logistics (including travel, scheduling, and protocol), preparing content briefing packs, maintaining speaker trackers, contributing to sponsorship decks and post-event reports, and coordinating across marketing, operations, editorial, and sponsorship teams to ensure seamless event execution.
