- • The Programming and Scheduling Specialist at FloSports Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television) channel operations, directly supporting the company’s mission to elevate underserved sports by delivering live and on-demand content accurately and on time.
- • Day to day, the specialist will build and maintain daily FAST channel schedules, coordinate live event programming, manage channel rundowns, track schedule changes, assist with metadata review and quality control, support special events and launches, and monitor workflows to improve operational efficiency across multiple platforms.
- • FloSports is a leading digital sports platform that streams over 50,000 live events annually across diverse sports, connecting passionate fans with athletes and organizers while providing tools for rights holders to grow global audiences; the company values accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in media operations and streaming workflows, gain hands-on experience with FAST channel management, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to the growth of underserved sports communities through precise and reliable content scheduling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in programming, scheduling, media operations, or digital content distribution
- • Understanding of FAST, streaming, broadcast, or digital media workflows
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously
- • Ability to react quickly and effectively in fast-paced live event environments
- • Experience working with scheduling systems, CMS platforms, or media operations tools
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- • Passion for sports and sports media
- • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
