📋 Description
- • The Project Associate role supports healthcare organizations in achieving Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® designations through expert consulting on a contract, project-by-project basis.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting gap assessments, supporting project planning and tracking, writing and refining documentation, delivering training and education, and participating in mock site-visit activities to prepare clients for ANCC evaluations.
- • The role is part of Press Ganey’s Nursing Consulting team, which partners with nurse leaders nationwide to drive excellence in nursing practice using data, technology, and deep clinical expertise.
- • This position offers the opportunity to apply extensive Magnet/PTE experience across multiple health systems, contribute to meaningful organizational transformation, and grow professionally through diverse, high-impact engagements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active RN license with BSN required; MSN preferred
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Magnet or PTE Coordinator/Director with a proven track record of achieving designation or redesignation
- • Demonstrated expertise in leading organizations through Magnet or PTE designation or redesignation
- • Experience designing or evolving shared governance structures and professional practice models
- • Strong skills in writing and refining Magnet narratives and exemplars
- • Ability to conduct gap assessments, develop roadmaps, and leverage NDNQI, RN satisfaction, and patient experience data relative to Magnet standards
