📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of the ERP implementation team for a new system, collaborating with subject matter experts across the billing team to ensure seamless transition and adoption.
• Partner with Project Managers to review contract documents, modifications, approvals, and client invoicing requirements to align billing processes with project terms.
• Set up and approve new projects within the ERP system, ensuring accurate configuration of financial and billing parameters.
• Analyze monthly project revenues and expenses to validate financial reporting accuracy and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Make system adjustments to project data in the ERP as requested by Project Managers to reflect changes in scope, billing schedules, or client agreements.
• Prepare draft and final invoices for billable projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company billing policies.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-office teams, accounting personnel, and the Records Department to maintain consistency in billing documentation and filing.
• Compile financial data and generate reports as needed to support internal audits, management reviews, and operational decision-making.
• Support the month-end close process by reconciling billing records, verifying receivables, and ensuring timely submission of financial data.
• Perform accounts receivable analysis and assist with collection efforts by identifying overdue invoices and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Provide audit support during year-end financial reviews by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and billing protocols to ensure consistent and accurate application across all projects.
• Transition from implementation role to full-time project billing position upon successful completion of the ERP rollout, expected within 9–12 months.
• Work standard business hours within the supported time zone to ensure alignment with team members and operational needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to manage documentation, analyze data, and prepare billing reports.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Previous experience creating invoices and supporting billing processes
• Ability to work standard business hours within the supported time zone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
