📋 Description

• Project & Compliance Manager (Marketing) is responsible for owning the status system and traffic flow, ensuring that every project stays visible and moving.
• This role requires a strong compliance instinct, with experience in regulated categories such as SEC/securities, financial services, healthcare, pharma, legal, or similar.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent English grammar and proofreading skills, with the ability to test the full chain before anything ships and catch what others miss.
• This role requires a strong owner's mindset, with the ability to drive outcomes without being told.
• The Project & Compliance Manager will be responsible for stewarding the regulatory approval chain, ensuring that fund communication artifacts are reviewed by legal and the right parties are copied.
• This role will also involve owning the last mile - publish and version control, pushing approved assets live in the publishing stack and enforcing version control so the current version is live and older ones are archived.
• The Project & Compliance Manager will hold the cadence and the team accountable, keeping the distributed (LatAm) marketing team accountable for hours and output.
• This role will also involve documenting the standard, writing down the QA and compliance standards so quality survives turnover.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, HubSpot, Planable, or Notable, and be comfortable specifying or building AI-assisted QA and automated workflows.
• This role requires a self-sufficient operator who knows what to do, how to lead with accountability, and where to go unprompted and learn any tool cold.
• The Project & Compliance Manager will be responsible for proactively communicating with the team, driving the daily cadence, and never going dark.
• This role requires a stack fluency in a publishing/approval and traffic stack (Notable / Planable / HubSpot / Asana or equivalent) and strict UTM-taxonomy discipline.
• The ideal candidate will have near-native written English, with the ability to proof and test the full chain before anything ships.
• This role requires a valid passport and the ability to travel to the US up to 4× per year for ~one week.

• 6+ years in marketing traffic/project coordination or QA/compliance operations, ideally agency-side, with a track record of shipping error-free on deadline.
• Compliance instinct in a regulated category.
• Obsessive proofer and tester.
• Excellent English grammar and proofreading skills.
• Owner's mindset: whatever-it-takes hours, low-ego, drives outcomes without being told.
• Real AI & systems builder: You build QA, compliance, and version-control workflows — connectors, agents, a single source of truth — that 2× throughput.
